Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post. For further information please visit our shipping page.
Do you offer pick-up?
We currently do not offer a pick-up service.
How are my items packaged?
All items are shipped using boxes or 100% recyclable mailing satchels. These are puncture and tear resistant and provide protection from the weather, keeping your items dry and secure in transit.
What is the turn-around time?
Turn-around time is between 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends and public holidays).
How can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked with select shipping methods nominated at checkout. These include but are not limited to, Standard Tracked Parcels and Express Tracked Shipping (for both Domestic and International orders). A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you would like to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
Can I return an item?

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are an online store and do not have a physical store/shop, however we trade at markets every weekend around Sydney.
